Message It's a little confusing but I'll try to explain. To me, the cluster you have pictured is a non-USA cluster. The reason I say this is because there is a difference in the tachometer that distinguishes the cluster as being from the USA or from other countries between the years 1990 to 1993. The design of the 1990 cluster WAS used in earlier year cars in other countries.

Here is how you can tell. All USA twin turbo tachometers from 1990 to 1993 have an extended redline as shown in this picture where I have circled it in yellow.

All twin turbo tachometers in other countries have the same redline as USA non-turbo tachometers. That type of redline can be seen in your picture. If you are sure that your cluster came from a 1993 and the tachometer is original to the cluster and not an NA tachometer that you installed then there is no way it is a USA cluster.

In 1995 the twin turbo cars tachometer redline was changed to look the same way as the non-turbo cars and the same way as the tachometer in your picture. But that is not a USA 1995 cluster. The way I see it, the cluster you have either had a kph speedometer in it and it came from a different country or it had a mph speedometer because it came from the United Kingdom where they also use mph.

I'm not saying I couldn't be wrong. I'm just saying what I know so far. I have not seen any claim of 90 design clusters in other year USA cars other than yours. So where did you get the cluster and do you have any pictures of the back of it?
